During the summer months we love corn on the cob. This recipe is a simple yet extremely tasty spin on corn that you'll be using for years to come.

Most people like their corn with butter, salt, pepper and a few spices. Well we had an idea several years ago to try adding our sauce to some corn while it was on the grill and we instantly fell in love. Since our sauce has a lot of different spices and some oil it takes plain grilled corn to the next level.

Equipment needed

Charcoal or Propane Grill

Ingredients

Corn on the Cob

Ridgecrest Ray’s BBQ Sauce

Total time: 20-35 Minutes – Prep time: 5 minutes –Cook time: 20-30 minutes

Directions

1. Heat a grill over medium heat.

2. Pull the outer husks off the ear to the base and strip away the silk from each ear of corn by hand.

3. Place the corn on the grill, close the cover and grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, or until kernels are tender when pierced with a paring knife.

About 10 minutes in apply Ridgecrest Ray’s BBQ sauce (this can be brushed on, sprayed on, or doused on it doesn’t really matter the application method). Reapply after turning your corn.

4.  Eat on the cob or remove the kernels.
