Josh Henderson once said, "I'm such a foodie. If I see a pork chop, I'm eating it." I can't argue with that logic so this is how I make my savory chops!

This is a super simple recipe that you'll be going back to again and again over the summer months. Mouth watering, restaurant quality chops in less than 10 minutes? I'll take that any day of the week!
Equipment needed
Charcoal or Propane Grill
Meat thermometer
Ingredients
Pork Chops
Ridgecrest Ray’s BBQ Sauce
Total time: 10 Minutes – Prep time: 0 minutes –Cook time: 8-10 minutes
Directions
Reminder: When working with raw pork, be sure to meticulously clean any surface it comes in contact with, including your hands, the sink, and the cutting board. Toss the paper towels out immediately.
1. Heat a grill over medium heat.
2. Remove the pork chops.
3. Place on the grill and cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes.
About two minutes in apply Ridgecrest Ray’s BBQ sauce (this can be brushed on, sprayed on, or doused on it doesn’t really matter the application method). Reapply after flipping your chops.

4. Remove your pork chops when the internal temperature reaches 160 degree and you’re ready to throw down!
